Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (Does not apply to transmissions)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Shipping

Torque converters and parts are shipped via the US Postal Service.

Transmissions are shipped via numerous freight lines depending on your location. Rates listed are to a business address with a dock or forklift and does not apply to a home based business. Churches, schools and construction sites are not considered business address by the carriers and extra charges apply. If you need a residential delivery, you must call us at the end of the transaction to assess the 60.00 residential delivery charge. If you require a liftgate you will be assessed a 30.00 fee by the carrier.
