Testing starts with air checking the clutch packs for leaks and proper clearance, all solenoids are tested using a Zoom Technologies solenoid tester, and  finally most  transmissions are fully tested on our  Intercont in-house dynamometer, by professional technicians who care about the quality of our remanufactured transmissions. We also build all transmissions to order to insure you receive the proper unit and it guarantees that you will receive a fresh transmission. Dyno Testing is a procedure that tests a transmission to insure that it is in perfect working order after it has been remanufactured. Using a  V6 GM engine to simulate your vehicle.The dyno shifts your transmission numerous times through each gear, monitoring it for correct pressures, shift points and noise. Finally it is stall tested to determine its ability to handle the torque of your vehicle. Without Dyno Testing you run a high risk of receiving a transmission that will not work.

CORE RETURN IS REQUIRED TO PURCHASE AT LISTED PRICE

A core is your original rebuildable transmission. We require that the original core transmission be returned to us. You as the buyer are responsible for the shipping charges to return the core transmission. The value of this core varies so please call or email us with your core related questions.  Cores must be fully assembled, without broken cases for a core to be accepted.
